ISO 37001 (anti-bribery management system)
ISO 37001 is the international certification standard for an Anti-Bribery Management System (ABMS), requiring an organization to identify, prevent, detect, and respond to bribery risk, with policy-setting, risk assessment, and an internal reporting channel as core elements. Certification can cover the whole organization or be scoped to a specific part of the business.
Why it matters for Tier-2/3
Because most customer codes of conduct include anti-corruption clauses, Tier-2/3 suppliers are sometimes checked for a baseline anti-bribery policy and reporting channel even without formal certification. Short of certification, documenting the policy and keeping training records is a realistic response.
